Newtown is more than a betting platform — we're a community built on trust, security and a genuine dedication to delivering the best entertainment experience to every user across Malaysia.
To deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online betting and entertainment experience to every Malaysian user — regardless of their background or level of experience in the world of betting.
To become the most trusted number-one online betting platform in Southeast Asia — recognised for transparency, advanced technology and an ongoing commitment to member satisfaction.
Trust, transparency and responsibility are the three core pillars behind every decision we make — from how we build our products to how we treat every newtown member.
Newtown started from a simple belief — that Malaysian users deserve an online betting platform that truly understands their needs. Not a platform that's been half-translated from another language, not one with a confusing interface, and not one that leaves users facing problems without proper support.
Since our founding, newtown has grown rapidly and is now one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online betting industry. With over five million registered members and a user base that continues to grow daily, we take pride in the trust our community has placed in us.
What sets newtown apart from the competition? It's not just about the number of games or the size of the bonuses on offer. It's about the complete experience we've built — from an intuitive interface and quick registration process to responsive customer support and a fast, reliable payment system.
Malaysia is our home, and Malaysian users are our top priority. That's why all newtown services are designed with the local context in mind — from genuine Bahasa Melayu support and payment methods suited to the local market, to promotions crafted specifically for Malaysian festivals and events.
We understand that trust isn't automatic — it has to be earned through consistent action. That's why newtown continually invests in the most advanced security infrastructure, ensuring every transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, and maintains a full transparency policy across all our operations.
Winning withdrawals are processed quickly — we believe the money you win is rightfully yours, and you deserve it without waiting days on end. Our straightforward KYC process ensures your account is verified swiftly so you can enjoy all platform features without any hassle.
