The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

9Account Closure & Suspension

Newtown reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• At the member's own request to voluntarily close their account.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, newtown reserves the right to hold your account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no fraud, the balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once standard security checks are completed.

10newtown Liability Limits

Newtown provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, newtown shall not be liable for:

12Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules agreed upon by both parties.
